Please make sure to read everything!

Once you check-out, it means that you agree to the store policies as follows:

✦SCHEDULE✦
PRE-ORDER PERIOD: JANUARY 5 -JANUARY 20, 2025
PRODUCTION PERIOD: FEBRUARY-MARCH 2025 (PLUSHIES MAY TAKE LONGER)
ESTIMATED SHIP-OUT: MARCH-APRIL 2025

✦ORDER PROCESS✦
⟡ All items are for pre-order. Production process and packaging may take up to a month or two so please only order if you are willing to wait.
⟡ Shipping will begin as soon all merch have arrived and are finished packaging.
⟡ Tracking numbers will be sent via email.

✦SHIPPING✦
⟡ Please make sure to fill out your information correctly!
⟡ Possible delays that occur once the parcel is sent to the courier is out of my hands.
⟡ I will be using J&T as the courier for shipping.

⟡ Please note that I cannot ship to certain countries due to post office restrictions. Please feel free to DM me if you'd like to inquire about shipping to your country.

✦PACKAGING✦
⟡ I will be using bubble mailer for the packaging.
⟡ Printed goods will be put between chipboards.
⟡ Acrylic charms will be packed with a backing.

✦REFUNDS / RETURN POLICY✦
⟡ Products are non-refundable! So please make sure to only place an order if you are willing to wait.
⟡ Refunds are only acceptable, if: (1) there are missing item/s; (2) your parcel is lost - in which case, you will receive a full refund for the shipping fee - OR - 50% of the items, WHICHEVER is the LOWEST.
⟡ Returned packages can be sent again but shipping will be covered by the buyer.
